The website How-to-build-plans.com started out as an idea in a garage. Several years ago, three friends in Australia combined their knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and wood working. They wanted affordable game tables and recreation room equipment, but the costs for new tables were just way to high!

So, working in home woodworking workshops and in their garages, they built their own recreation game tables.

Their inspiration came from comparing the huge retail costs of purchasing these game tables and rec room accessories to the cost of doing it yourself. And of course there is the pride that comes from building your own rec room equipment!

And before you knew it, friends and neighbors saw the game tables and dartboard cabinets that the three friends built, and they wanted tables just like them too!

Our goal now is to help everyone make and own the rec room additions they've always wanted. This website and the game table plans are committed to bringing people easy to understand and easy to build plans to make their rec room dreams come true.
